Dr. Khushal Yadav, an IAS officer of the 2015 batch, presently holds the position of District Collector & Magistrate of Hanumangarh, Rajasthan. He took charge recently, after being transferred from his post as Joint Secretary in the Finance (Tax) Department. He hails from Rewari, Haryana. In addition to his administrative experience, Dr. Yadav brings scholarly credentials: he has earned an MBBS degree, followed by studies in Public Management and a Master of Public Policy. After entering the IAS, he served in several important districts before Hanumangarh. His earlier assignments include collectors’ roles in Jhunjhunu and Sawai Madhopur, where he was involved in implementing government welfare schemes and improving public health and education. Also, in previous roles, he served as Joint Chief Executive Officer of the State Health Insurance Agency. These postings enabled him to gain hands-on experience in both rural and urban governance.
