Tara Baba Ki Kutiya

Tara Baba Kutiya is a grand and picturesque temple complex built to honor the memory of Shri Tara Baba. Located about 7 km from the main city of Sirsa, the complex features several temples, a water structure, and a towering statue of Lord Shiva holding his iconic Trishul. The temples are surrounded by lush green landscapes and well-maintained lawns, with elegant light posts that illuminate the area at night.

Tara Baba, who founded the temple complex, passed away in July 2003. The Kutiya hosts a variety of religious festivals, including Krishna Janmashtami, Navratri, Diwali, Maha Shivaratri, and more. It also organizes spiritual events such as lectures, kirtans (religious chants), jagarans, and bhajan sandhyas (evening musical concerts), alongside other entertainment programs. During festivals, renowned artists and singers are invited to perform. Baba’s followers include not only people from across India and abroad but also prominent political and social leaders from various groups.
