Government : District Commissioner of Murshidabad

The District Magistrate (DM) and Collector of Murshidabad is Shri Rajarshi Mitra, IAS. As the chief administrative officer, he oversees the implementation of government policies, maintenance of law and order, and coordination of development activities in the district. His office is located at the New Administrative Building in Berhampore, Murshidabad, West Bengal.
