Honourable Chief Minister Mr. Mohan Charan Majhi
Mohan Charan Majhi (born January 6, 1972) is an Indian politician and lawyer currently serving as the 15th Chief Minister of Odisha, a position he has held since June 12, 2024. A member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), he is the first from the party to hold this office in the state. Majhi has been elected four times as a Member of the Odisha Legislative Assembly from the Keonjhar constituency, beginning in 2000. He began his political career as the sarpanch of Raikala panchayat in 1997, later serving as the BJP’s chief whip in the Odisha Assembly from 2019 to 2024. Born into the Santali tribal community in Keonjhar district, Majhi holds degrees in Arts and Law, and has been recognized for his advocacy of tribal welfare and grassroots development.
Honorable Governor Mr. Hari babu kambhampati
Dr. Hari Babu Kambhampati (born June 15, 1953) is an Indian politician and engineer currently serving as the 27th Governor of Odisha, a position he has held since January 2025. Previously serving as the 22nd Governor of Mizoram from 2021 to 2024, he is a senior leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and a former Member of Parliament from Visakhapatnam. Kambhampati was elected to the 16th Lok Sabha in 2014 and has been closely associated with the party’s organizational growth in Andhra Pradesh. With a background in engineering and public service, he has played a key role in promoting infrastructure development and digital initiatives in his constituency and beyond.
